Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Iskra Marketing (“Iskra”, “we”, “us”), located at Katusepapi tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11412 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us about privacy at manager@iskra-marketing.cloud.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and the message you write.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
• Cookie and storage data. See section 6 and our cookie notice below.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health information or payment card numbers through this website.

2.1 Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure and improve the website using analytics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We only do this if you accept optional cookies.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, once you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c)).

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as hosting, email and CRM providers, and only so far as needed for them to do that work. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

5. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records and contracts: for as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years after the end of the contract.
• Analytics data (if you consented): up to 14 months.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved in your browser. We use two kinds:

• Strictly necessary. These make the website work and remember your cookie choice. They do not need consent. Currently, we store one item in your browser’s local storage, iskra-cookie-consent, to remember whether you accepted or declined optional cookies.
• Optional (analytics and marketing). These help us understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. We set them only if you click “Accept all”. If you click “Essential only”, they stay off.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To use any of these rights, email manager@iskra-marketing.cloud. We will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or to the authority in your own country.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access for staff. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make important changes we will say so on this page.
